Substitution Policy

When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom made. In some instances, a photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
No two arrangements are exactly alike and color and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Prices, availability of seasonal flowers may vary and supply change issue may arise.
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers may arise due to inclement weather, market availability, and other supply chain issues.  In these cases the theme and color scheme of the arrangement are preserved and we only substitute with items of equal and/or higher value.
